PPC Campaign Management

Drive targeted search engine traffic to your website using a Pay Per Click using Google, Yahoo, and MSN.  This method of advertising drives future customers to your site who are actively searching for your product or services and provides you with granular measurements on the effectiveness of your marketing campaign. More importantly how it relates to generating a positive Return On Investment (R.O.I.).

OVERVIEW

Pay-Per-Click Advertising Campaigns generate Instant Results

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) is a Search Engine Advertising medium that allows us to create campaign advertisements on Search Engines and bring targeted (by key word/phrase) leads to your website.  Fees are based upon how competitive your website's (relative) keywords or key phrases are - so, our job includes the intelligent research and development of targeted ads to highly relevant keywords.

Example of Yahoo PPC Search Results:

Example of Google PPC Search Results:

We allow your website's campaigns to show under relevant keywords and a fee is incurred ONLY when a person performing a search clicks on your ad. After clicking on your ad, the visitor is immediately directed to the advertiser's (your) website or landing page. Once that prospective new customer is on your site, the website’s job is to convert them to a paying customer or qualified lead.

How PPC Campaigns Work

We Create Ad Campaigns for Your Site

We create variety of ads and choose targeted, relevant keywords, which are words or phrases related to and directly relevant to your business and and the content/text of your website.

Your Ads Appear on Google, Yahoo! and MSN

When users search on Google, Yahoo! and MSN-Live using one of your keywords, your ad will appear next to the search results. The position or placement on the page is determined by a number of factors including budget, and competition and is constantly monitored and adjusted to achieve a positive ROI.

Targeted Traffic to Your Website

With a simple click, qualified leads are delivered to your website or landing page. These are people actively searching for your services or goods, as opposed to simply posting an ad for branding or exposure and hoping to attract a qualified customer.

The Budget

Control and Money Management: You are in complete control of your spending as accounts are set up with Google, Yahoo, MSN and are billed or pre-paid by deposit directly from your credit card or bank account. We do not mark up advertising fees.

Budgets can be set not to exceed daily, weekly, or monthly amounts. Your ads are automatically rotated ON or OFF by the Search Engines to maintain that budget requirement. Since you only pay when your ads are clicked on, the ads produce leads up to the amount you are willing to spend.

Your ongoing budget is adjusted based on how well your business and your website are converting leads to paying customers, and how that affects your campaign ROI (return on investment). If you are paying $1 per lead and it requires 10 leads to generate a Paying Customer, then you are paying $10 per customer acquisition or CPA. Provided that your average Sale Amount is high enough, you are able to spend as much as you need to, or for as long as your ROI stays positive.

Campaign Management Plans

There are many benefits to our PPC Management Plans: You can set your own daily budget; our professional management removes much of the guesswork from PPC Marketing; and you pay only for targeted leads to your website, or 'clicks'.

PPC campaigns require much due diligence during the initial launch phase of 3 - 6 months. Exhaustive keyword research, text ad copy writing, ad placement adjustments, negative keywords, landing page creations and editing, call to action ads, monitoring of visitor behavior and web site performance. Tracking is placed on your site to eliminate “guess” work and generate reports on how your visitors interact with your website content, and what key words or phrases are generating the best ROI, from each search engine’s campaign. Performance is not equal across Yahoo, MSN, and Google. Each campaign will generate unique returns for the same key word or phrase, and therefore each campaign must be evaluated separately.

Basic Requirements & Pay Per Click Management Fees

Initial Setup Fees for PPC Management Plans are a one-time charge and based on the following: The number of key words or phrases to make up the campaign; the unique characteristics of your web site and products; the number  or search engines you wish to advertise with; amount of copywriting or creative ads (image banners and/or text) to be created.
Our ongoing management fee is $795 or 15% of your monthly ad (ppc) spending - whichever is greater.
Clients must maintain a Monthly PPC Marketing Budget of at least $1500.
